SHRP's Online Suggestion Box is part of our commitment to encourage constructive communication between you and your School and to better ensure you hear back from us.

Please keep the following in mind when submitting your suggestion:

1. All individually identifying information is never revealed to any faculty, administrator or staff—either on-screen or in any reports.
• Any contact information you provide is voluntary. If you include an email address, it is used only by the web program itself to automatically notify you when your suggestion is received and, later, when our response to it is available. Your name and phone number are normally never accessed.
2. We encourage you to speak also with your Program Director and with the Dean's Office, as appropriate.
• This site's intent is to expand overall communication by documenting and tracking your ideas without revealing individual identifying information, so we may better ensure you hear back from us within a reasonable timeframe.
3. This site is for responding to your suggestions.
   • Problems, complaints and difficulties concerning, for example, specific classes, faculty, clinical placements or preceptors are normally best resolved through other channels, such as your Program Director. We are glad to facilitate—as best we can—though we may not be in a position to problem-solve such "suggestions." In this type of case, our response may simply be to refer you to an appropriate person with whom you can resolve the matter outside the scope of this site.
